Stayed here for 9 weeks at the monthly rate of $450, and a weekly rate of $183. I read the other reviews and can't deny them, however I found the park OK or we wouldn't have stayed as long as we did. It's not that they don't try to keep up the park, because their frequently working. Everyone has a different standard. The owner and help are very friendly and helpful. If you compare this park to the ones on the west side of town, it's not too bad. Would stay here again.

Stayed as a Passport member for 16.50. Agree with previous reviews. Restrooms were clean but showing wear. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Stayed one night as a Passport member, could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this park. Well kept, fairly quiet, good location, friendly staff. Will definitely return when in the area. Has a very large pool.

This is a very nice park, appearance, site size, interior roads, rest rooms are all well kept. We stayed as a Passport member and could not negotiate a second night at the Passport rate even with a half empty park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would return.

Stayed 2 nights as a Passport member. It appears short term stays are placed toward the front with permanents further back. Park is well kept, however I can't say the same for all long term guests. Although close to I-35, the park is quiet. We found the water on our site to have an odor, maybe sulfur water. Didn't get the odor in the public showers. Would return but with a full water tank.

Stayed as a Passport member for 16.50 plus tax. Because of it's distance from I25 I would consider this more of a destination park. The park is beautiful and well kept. Would stay again.
